PennMar Martial Arts Academy, and its HapKiDo program, is currently affiliated with Grand Master J.R. West's United States Korean Martial Arts Federation of Ridgeland, Mississippi. Grand Master West is a 9th degree black belt, whose modern facility is dedicated to the teaching of HapKiDo to men, women, and children, and who offers the utmost in traditional HapKiDo instruction for those who are more interested in learning than they are in the color of their belt.
