A "fun night" was organized for the students of the PennMar Martial Arts Academy by PennMar staff. Students enjoyed snacks, movies, and other activities for several hours in a safe environment.

Weekend event

The 26th International HapKiDo Seminar was held at the USKMAF headquarters in Jackson, Mississippi. The host instructor was Master J. R. West, 8th Dan, with special guest Dr. He Young Kimm, the founder and President of the World HanMuDo Association. The event was attended by Master Lyons and several of his instructors and students from the HapKiDo program and Mr. Stouffer from the TaeKwonDo program.

In honor of the celebration of the PennMar Martial Arts Academy's 10th anniversary, the school held a demonstration for the general public in the parking lot of the facility. The TaeKwonDo program's demonstration took place at 11:00 am, with the HapKiDo program following shortly thereafter.
